More About Lillian Tsai

Lillian A. Tsai has been working with a plethora of organizations and industries on cross-cultural competency, presentation skills, global communications, and diversity and inclusion (D&I) since 2003. This includes: assessment of organizational D&I effectiveness, making recommendations for and the implementation of strategic D&I programs, jumpstarting diversity councils, mentoring employee resource groups, program design, facilitation of related training programs across departments and within teams, executive coaching of executives and managers with diverse work teams, professional development coaching of foreign- and U.S.-born persons of color, and team interventions or team building.  She also specializes in teaching about the Asian culture, in particular, the Chinese culture on business norms and etiquette, as well as expatriate on boarding.
